Make A Difference Day 2025

Fort Lauderdale “Make a Difference Day” this year was Saturday, October 25th. This community-wide event offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, from residential painting and beach cleanups to decorating Little Free Libraries and supporting donation drives. The city encourages all the HOA's and Civic Associations to participate in this event. Imperial Point Volunteers participated in planting and sprucing up the front entrance (Imperial Point Drive Park/Garden along with our "Adopt A Street" on 62nd St. We had seven (7) volunteers (Terry, Kevin, Betty, John, Drew, George, Magda, Vicki) show up to help. The city gives credit at a Garden Center to purchase some plants. We also receive credit from the city for participating.

The emphasis is on beautification to make our main entrance look even better, giving it a fresh look!

Volunteers are who make this happen!

THANK YOU TO ALL!
