The goal of our Civic Association is to make Imperial Point an even greater place for all of us to live. The more members we have, the more we can accomplish! Ours is a voluntary, not-for-profit civic association. Everyone is a volunteer and there are no assessments. Your contributions support neighborhood events, beautification and safety efforts, and communications via newsletter, website, and social media. Our recent accomplishments include sewer & drain improvements; main entrance enhancement; sidewalk res­toration; custom street signs; medians on Imperial Point Drive.

LEGISLATIVE
Imperial Point is one of the largest subdivisions in Fort Lauderdale. The Association speaks for all the res­idents of Imperial Point with one voice to State, County and City Authorities and advisory boards. The power of that unified volunteer voice representing all 1470 homes and 5000 residents in our combined neighborhoods has established Imperial Point as one of the seven best places to live in Fort Lauderdale!

SOCIAL EVENTS
Spring Fling, Fall Harvest, and Winter in the Park, are all great ways to meet your neighbors and local business sponsors. These events are FREE for paid members and family!

Semi-annual Spring & Fall events sponsored by your association to help sell your valuable goods.
