City Code Enforcement handles most complaints involving homes in Imperial Point. Attached at the bottom of this page are various information flyers you can download and/or read on line.
Code Enforcement will also drive through the neighborhood and note any visable violations and contact the home owner. The home owner will generally receive a violation Warning and if not complied with will eventually lead to a fine.

How to Make a Report
- Report online at LauderBuild.
- Call the Community Enhancement and Compliance Division at 954-828-5207, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
- Visit us at 700 NW 19th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale FL 33311, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Mail or bring the Community Enhancement and Compliance Complaint Form to the Community Enhancement and Compliance Division at 700 NW 19th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
- Email us at CommunityEnhancement@fortlauderdale.gov and include your name and address. Please note: All emails and written communication are public records and may be subject to public disclosure. As of July 1, 2021, Florida law governed by CS/SB 60 prohibits a code inspector from initiating enforcement proceedings for a potential violation of a duly enacted code or ordinance by way of an anonymous complaint. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide his or her name and address to the respective local government before an enforcement proceeding may occur. This paragraph does not apply if the code inspector has reason to believe that the violation presents an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare or imminent destruction of habitat or sensitive resources.

The FixIt FTL app can be downloaded from Apple or Google Play. If photos are available, please attach them to your service request.
