City Extends Customer Service Hours

Customer Service Team Transitions to New Schedule

Beginning Sunday, October 29, the City of Fort Lauderdale’s customer service team will be available from 6 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily.

With this new schedule, our dedicated team remains committed to high-quality service. Neighbors who contact the call center outside of these operating hours (from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.) will be greeted by a menu with options for routing to a vacation rental hotline, the public safety non-emergency line, and a monitored voicemail service where messages regarding water and sewer concerns may be left for immediate response.
