ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
We are excited to announce the upcoming Annual General Meeting for our Voluntary Neighborhood Association (VHOA). Please mark your calendars for January 15, 2024 and join us at Broward Health Imperial Point Auditorium. This is a crucial event where Association Members (dues paid) gather to discuss community updates, future plans and address any concerns.

- Time: 6:30PM
Enter Hospital through main entrance. Bring your ID for admission. Person at front desk will direct you to the meeting room.
Annual Board Meeting: January
- Reports from local officials, police, code enforcement, executive airport and any other relative public service person with information relative to Imperial Point Residents.
- Required Board Reports.
- Reading of the names of persons seeking election/reelection to a Board position/vote.
- Audience – member in good standing - request to fill a vacant board position/vote.
- Members requesting to address the membership/Board - requires prior approval to be on the agenda to speak
- Questions from audience & answers.
We have a vacancy on our Board of Directors for a Corresponding Secretary. Any member in good standing interested in running should contact one of our Board Directors no later than December 15, 2023, so that you may be added to the ballot.
