ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

MEETING LOCATION CHANGED

Due to the large number of attendees expected to address the closure of Dottie Mancini Park and the need for a NEW VENUE for the General Meeting scheduled for January 15, 2024 . Please join us at Fire Station #35 on Commercial Blvd. This is a crucial event where Association Members (dues paid) gather to discuss community updates, future plans and address any concerns.

We will have volunteers on site starting at 6pm to register anyone who wishes to become a member, making them eligible to VOTE on important issues in our neighborhood. The meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm and anyone wishing to sign up to speak (3 minute limit) can do so on site.

Please note, in the interest of time management and in respect of other points of Business that must be discussed,we may have to limit of number of speakers.

Annual Board Meeting: January

• Reports from local officials, police, code enforcement, executive airport and any other relative public service person with information relative to Imperial Point Residents.
• Required Board Reports.
• Reading of the names of persons seeking election/reelection to a Board position/vote.
• Audience – member in good standing - request to fill a vacant board position/vote.
• Members requesting to address the membership/Board -  requires prior approval to be on the agenda to speak
• Questions from audience & answers.

We have a vacancy on our Board of Directors for a Corresponding Secretary. Any member in good standing interested in running should contact one of our Board Directors no later than December 15, 2023, so that you may be added to the ballot.
